Kaleb Byer the salesman was excellent, does his job well. Dave in service did his best but was not up to speed on all the new technologies in the Equinox. I'm disappointed in the safety package i purchased, as it does not have front end park assist, and that's my fault for not reading the fine print or asking the right questions. As a long term customer with North Star, I'm aware that you are always short staffed in the service area. As a leadership coach, i can help you with that. Quick turnaround. Good communication.

My greeter was helpful, pleasant and kind. The service was fast.

Waiting area was FILTHY. Service tech was rude. It took an hour and a half for a simple oil change when I was the first appointment.

We had a scheduled service for Tuesday morning, so we dropped our Trailblazer off on Monday around 4 pm and about an hour later received a call that it was being worked on and would be ready for pickup around 7 pm. Great service!

The team at North Star did an excellent job. I had to have my car towed to North Star. When I called to let them know they easily made the appointment. Later that day I received a call to let me know that they received the car. They then notified me of what need to be done and how much it would cost. Even though they were busy they were able to fix the car and return it to me that day...way before actual appointment date. They have always done a great job (and efficient) repairing my vehicles. They are number one in my book!
