Ken was an absolute saint! Although I wish the technician would have been a little more thorough in ensuring the first and second time that the problem was solved. It lead to lost work hours for me to have to drive back and forth three times to finally have them find that it was my battery. I spent over $300 the first time on the fix which did not fix the issue.
