Confirmed Service Customer
I brought my truck in on a Monday because the fan wouldn���t shut off. I was given a courtesy car because my scheduled appointment wasn���t until Friday at 9am. I called Friday at noon and spoke to the service manager when I was told my truck wasn���t even going to be looked at that day. My truck was diagnosed t hat Friday afternoon only because I called. I didn���t get my truck back until the following Tuesday. All it needed was a thermostat. I am thankful I was given a battery. I feel this repair should have taken 8 days. I will not be returning to this dealership for anything in the future.
