Confirmed Sales Customer
Our salesperson Will was very nice to deal with. My issue is with the finance department. We had a 1:30 appointment and did not get into finance until 3:15. We were not even financing (already had it with our credit union)so it should have been a smooth experience, especially with an appointment. This is totally unacceptable. We were told that there was only one finance person in which was not true. We watched other customers go into the other finance office and saw the other finance person. Also, while waiting for finance the other salesmen at the dealership were all hanging around the counter next to us talking about people they saw pulling in and who they would pick and choose who they would help. It was a turn off and if we did not already agree to a deal would have walked out. It was not a very good experience. As I said, Will was great. It was all of the other things that made me upset.
