After several attempts to rectify a issue of multiple service messages displayed a service bulletin upgrade for software was installed which solved some aspects of the issue..Also, another service bulletin required a back order part for a out of spec with excessive tolerance rear axle tone ring, causing rear speed sensor error readings was replaced which after the new right rear "axle" with "in spec tolerance dimensions" was installed solved the issue and it was a simple quick straight forward install done in about 30 minutes..Although solving the issue took several attempts and appointments which is normal sometimes; Northstar worked with much attention and dedication till resolving the issue with my new 2024 3500 High Country dually with scheduling appointments being easy and fast...I have had very good experiences with this dealership in service aspects...
