My buying experience was okay. After purchasing, I’ve had nothing but problems. I had the car for 3 days and my car battery died. The brake lights were not turning off when I would turn my car off. This happened again exactly 6 days later so I went straight to the dealership. I was visibly annoyed and was told by multiple employees to “calm down” and “relax”. I think that was inappropriate given I owned the car for 10 days at this point. They kept my car for 5 days and said they couldn’t find anything wrong. Now one week later and I have a “service all wheel drive” alert on my dash. I will never recommend anyone to buy a car from North Star after everything I’ve been through in the last 3 weeks.

Dealership and service personnel were great. Chevrolet sucks however, not compensating me for Ubers to and from on a recall. This was not a service I requested, this was a safety recall. Typical American corporation, money first, customer satisfaction second or non-existent.

I usually don't like going to a dealership to buy a car,but North Star made the experience enjoyable. There was no pressure on me at all. They found me rebates that I didn't know about and a fair trade in amount for my truck. Also when you sign the paperwork at the end to get your vehicle there was no pressure to get the extended warranty.

Frank did a nice job. It was near the end of the store hours but he realized I pulled into the lot and still had me drive the car in at 745. He could have just said give me the keys and we'll talk tomorrow. He listened and got us squared away.
