Confirmed Service Customer
I brought my 2024 Chevrolet Equinox in for service, for state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation, on 4/2/2025, at 8:00 am. I was met by my service advisor, and I was told all 3 items would take 1 Hr. and 15 minutes to complete. My service advisor came and got me at 9:15 am, he told me my vehicle was done, and I proceeded to the cashier to pay the bill. I was highly impressed with the service that was done on my vehicle, and it was within the time limits with the service that was done on my vehicle, and it was done within time limits the service advisor had told me. I have had my Equinox in for service twice, and each experience has been very positive, and I would recommend NorthStar Chevrolet to anyone, who is willing to purchase a Chevrolet vehicle because they are a top notch dealership.

I accidentally brought the wrong registration (I own 2 Chevy vehicles). The one being inspected was leased so the numbers needed to get a substitute on line were quickly retrieved and my mistake rectified expeditiously. It also ended up being free with my GM points. Couldn’t have been better!

The technician, Christopher Wolfe, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Time waiting for vehicle was reasonable for an inspection/emission. I wandered into the showroom while waiting and had a nice conversation with a newly hired salesman, Devin Spagnolo. Overall, a productive and pleasant experience.

The dealership took way longer than it should have, supposedly waiting on parts. My truck was picked up and half way home all tire pressure lights went off. When I finally looked it over after my boyfriend went to pick it up, there is a scratch down the side that was not there previously. Now I have to take it to another dealer in our state (accident occurred out of state) and be left without a truck even longer bc the work wasn’t done completely.
