I have to make another appointment because I didn���t have my vehicle registration for my yearly renewal. When i came home, I was able to get a duplicate at DMV in 5 minutes. I should have been able to do it there but was told I had to go to AAA to get it!

I scheduled my appointment almost one month in advance. I needed a software update and an oil change for my 2023 Corvette. When I arrived at the dealership, they told me that they wouldn't be able to do the oil change because NO Corvette techs were there that day. No one checked to see that a Corvette was coming in for service and thought to call me to say "We'll have to reschedule - we don't have any techs today." They thought it would be better for me to drive all the way to the dealership and then tell me. I will recognize that Christina Weinbrenner sought out a technician that was able to perform the oil change, so the work was done. But if she hadn't been able to find someone - what would I have done? I don't have time to drive back and forth to service departments because North Star can't monitor appointments and technician needs. Finally, my 2023 Corvette had smudge marks on various parts of the door, roof, hood and other parts. The car should have been returned to me in the same condition it went in for the service.

I have purchased five vehicles from Northstar in Moon. I have always found Brian Sodini and his sales team to be exceptionally fair. No overly aggressive tactics, just a reasonable and friendly approach to sales. I have also found the maintenance staff to be exceptionally friendly, diligent and prompt in dealing with all aspects of maintenance. I would recommend Northstar to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
