Found the issue with a warranty problem and fixed it after another dealership couldn’t. Gave me a courtesy vehicle as well which was very helpful. Friendly and helpful staff. I really like dealing with the employees of North Star. They are very helpful and pleasant.

My husband of 53 years, recently passed away. I needed to have my car inspected. I had never done this before and unexpectedly became emotionally upset when I tried to talk to Ken about what I needed. He was VERY kind and talked me thru the whole process. I am thankful to have had Ken there to get me thru this inspection. Thank you to North Star and to Ken. I was able to accomplish one more item that I had to do these past several weeks.

I was the first appointment in the morning, for a simple oil change and I still waited for over an hour and a half for it to get done. This was the first oil change of this new car so I'm wondering why the service took so long. Unacceptable to be honest. It shouldn't have taken over an hour to do a simple oil change.

Our salesman understood what I wanted to do. I had several phone conversations with a staff member before we got to the dealership and the car we were considering was at the front ready for us to look at. We were taken care of immediately. Was treated respectfully . However, we decided on a different car than the one we had previously look at. I am very satisfied with my transaction and would recommend North Star to anyone. Our salesperson was top notch in taking care of us.
