Confirmed Service Customer
First of all, I was not there on May 24. I did have an appointment on May 17 (at the Moon location) and it was horrible. Had an appointment for 8am. Was told I would be out of there "in an hour or 2". They didn't START on my vehicle until after moon. Was told around 1:30 that it would be done "within the hour". Car wasn't done until almost 4pm

The dealership would not back their vehicle products!! I had a defective tire on my $80,000 2022 truck with 17000 miles on it and they told me that there was nothing they would do to fix the issue!! Apparently all they want to do is sell you vehicles and not back them!! I am going to tell as many people as I can how I was treated!! I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership!!
