Everyone I encountered was friendly and offered assistance. My truck maintenance was completed in record time. I requested new wiper blade that were not installed. I anticipated that with a tire rotation, the psi of each tire would also be checked. It obviously was not as the psi for each of my tires was at 31 psi or lower.

Our salesperson Will was very nice to deal with. My issue is with the finance department. We had a 1:30 appointment and did not get into finance until 3:15. We were not even financing (already had it with our credit union)so it should have been a smooth experience, especially with an appointment. This is totally unacceptable. We were told that there was only one finance person in which was not true. We watched other customers go into the other finance office and saw the other finance person. Also, while waiting for finance the other salesmen at the dealership were all hanging around the counter next to us talking about people they saw pulling in and who they would pick and choose who they would help. It was a turn off and if we did not already agree to a deal would have walked out. It was not a very good experience. As I said, Will was great. It was all of the other things that made me upset.

Everything was good except for my tires. They were not inflated to their correct pressure even though I requested that service. Now I have to inflate them myself and I am scheduled for knee replacement surgery in January. Ouch....

I have to make another appointment because I didn���t have my vehicle registration for my yearly renewal. When i came home, I was able to get a duplicate at DMV in 5 minutes. I should have been able to do it there but was told I had to go to AAA to get it!
